About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President of Finance and Administration to join their leadership team. The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding the finance, accounting, HR, and collections functions, ensuring the financial integrity of the organization, and overseeing all related operations. This includes directing accounting operations, managing financial reporting, and preparing the annual budget. The role also involves leading the human resources function, providing administrative support to the President/CEO, and ensuring that HR policies and practices align with the company's goals and culture. The VP will supervise a small team and partner with senior leadership to execute strategic initiatives and support long-term growth. Candidates for the VP of Finance and Administration position at the company should have a strong background in financial strategy and administration within a financial institution. The ideal candidate will have 4-8 years' of relevant experience, with at least 3 years' in a leadership role, and a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field. Industry-recognized certifications such as CPA and/or MBA are a plus. Expertise in asset liability management, investment management, budgeting, financial reporting, and HR leadership is highly valued. The role requires a professional with effective communication skills, collaborative leadership, and a commitment to integrity, who can contribute to the company's mission of providing high-quality, personalized service and competitively priced financial products to its members.
