Job Description

Job Description

Morgan Latif is a specialist leadership search & development consultancy. We help our clients across the Medical & Dental Technology, Packaging, Consumer, E-mobility and Industrial Technology sectors to deliver on their transformation and diversity goals. Our mission is to combine traditional recruitment and coaching methods with new technology, to provide a tailored and innovative solution to our clients and candidates.

About the Role

As Morgan Latif launches and grows its U.S. presence, we are looking for a highly adaptable individual to take on a hybrid role combining Executive Assistant, Office Management, and Talent Acquisition responsibilities.

This is a pivotal position supporting one of the founders, ensuring the smooth running of our Austin office, and contributing to the hiring and onboarding of our growing U.S. team.

This role is best suited for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a start-up/scale-up environment, and has a background in recruitment or professional services.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Assistant Duties:

  1. Proactive diary and time management for one of the founders and local senior leadership
  2. Act as a trusted partner, ensuring priorities are managed and key initiatives move forward on time
  3. Proactively identify challenges, risks, or bottlenecks before they arise and propose solutions
  4. Anticipate the needs of the local leadership team and ensure they are always prepared for meetings, client interactions, and travel
  5. Provide strategic support by researching, drafting, and preparing materials for presentations, proposals, and business meetings
  6. Manage sensitive and confidential matters with discretion, sound judgment, and professionalism.
  7. Create structure and discipline around how the U.S. office operates — driving accountability, follow-through, and execution across projects

Office Management & Operations

  1. Day-to-day running of the Austin office, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment
  2. Vendor management (suppliers, IT, office services) as office scales
  3. Coordinating internal events and U.S. team initiatives

Talent Acquisition & People Support

  1. Supporting end-to-end recruitment: job postings, screening, interview coordination, and candidate communications
  2. Partnering with leadership on U.S. hiring needs and building talent pipelines
  3. Managing onboarding and induction of new joiners in the Austin office
  4. Contributing to HR/admin processes and employee experience as the office scales

What We’re Looking For

  1. Prior experience in an Executive / Personal Assistant role is a must
  2. Office Management or Talent Acquisition experience highly desirable
  3. Recruitment industry experience highly desirable
  4. Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail
  5. Confident communicator with ability to coordinate stakeholders across different time zones
  6. Tech-savvy, with strong Microsoft Office/Google Workspace skills; ATS/CRM knowledge a plus
  7. Proactive problem-solver who can work independently and identify opportunities for improvement
  8. Experience in a start-up/entrepreneurial environment is advantageous

What You’ll Receive

  1. Competitive base salary plus performance-related bonus
  2. Opportunity to play a key role in building our U.S. business from the ground up
  3. Unlimited Holiday
  4. Professional development opportunities as the U.S. business scales
  5. Exposure to senior leaders and the chance to shape office culture and operations

Location & Hours

  1. Based in Austin, TX
  2. 3-4 days per week in-office (hybrid model with flexibility)
  3. Full-time role

We look forward to receiving your application!
