Key Responsibilities: - Preparing and cooking pizzas in a wood-fired oven with precision and speed
- Creating consistent, high-quality pizzas with hand-tossed dough and fresh seasonal toppings
- Managing oven temperature, firewood, and baking times to ensure peak pizza perfection
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
- Contributing to menu development and seasonal specials
- Working closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and happy customers
