Our client, an international restaurant group, is seeking a creative Social Media Manager to join their headquarters office and lead the social media team in Northern Virginia!

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the social media strategy for North America, collaborating with international marketing teams to ensure brand consistency across all markets.
  • Manage the content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of brand-aligned posts.
  • Supervise and mentor the Social Media Coordinator, providing feedback and opportunities for growth.
  • Partner across departments to ensure alignment with broader brand initiatives.
  • Manage day‑to‑day community engagement, responding to customer interactions in alignment with brand voice and providing customer service.
  • Oversee reporting and analytics, providing actionable insights to leadership to improve content effectiveness and ROI.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of social media experience required, with supervisory experience preferred.
  • A bachelor's degree is required for this role.
  • Proven ability to create impactful campaigns and manage multiple platforms concurrently.
  • Excellent written communication and technical skills (i.e. all platforms and social media analytics tools).
  • Ability to project manage and collaborate across departments.

About the Role:

  • Salary range of $100K-$110K (DOE).
