Mobile Fleet Technician Opportunity Summary:
\nThe Mobile Fleet Technician is responsible for performing on-site preventive maintenance, inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on diesel engines and heavy-duty trucks at customer locations. This role demands technical proficiency, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work independently in various environments and weather conditions. The technician will ensure compliance with DOT standards and internal repair quality expectations.

\nWork Experience and Qualifications:
\nExperience: 3+ years of diesel repair experience; 5–7 years preferred in fleet, dealership, or mobile technician environments.
\nEducation: Certificate from a technical school or equivalent hands-on experience.

\n Work Environment & Physical Demansds:
Frequently exposed to moving mechanical parts, outdoor conditions, high temperatures, cold, humidity, and airborne particles. Regularly requires standing, walking, climbing, kneeling, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Work is performed primarily on second shift and may require nights/weekends.
