Mechanic Apprentice

We currently have an opening for an ambitious & trainable, Mechanic Apprentice

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY:

Basic day includes shadowing, handing, tools and learning the job. Great opportunity for hands on learning while getting paid.

• No experience necessary
• This is an entry level position with growth potential.
• Heavy equipment and small engines
• We work on all equipment from weed eaters to heavy equipment.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have basic knowledge of tools
• Valid driver’s license
• English communication abilities
• Ability to approach each work assignment in an energetic, enthusiastic manner and act with urgency
• Physical exertion required. Including, but not limited to, walking, standing, stooping, bending and lifting up to 50 pounds
• After proper training, you must be able to work on an individual basis.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Hard worker
• Doesn't like to be micro managed but willing to take direction
• Able to work alone and stay motivated to get the job done
• Have a good sense and practical knowledge that affect actions
• Trainable 

HOURS:

8am to 5pm, Mon - Fri

Some weekends, however weekend work is not common. Hours may vary

Located in West haven, Utah

COMPENSATION:

$12.50 base wage with potential for raise based on work ethic and drive

Must be willing to be a 1099 employee
