Loan Compliance Analyst Location: Gettysburg, PA Play a Critical Role in Keeping Lending Safe and Compliant

  • Education – A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
What You’ll Do — and What Success Looks Like

In your first 6–12 months, you’ll:

  • Ensure Credit Accuracy – Take ownership of monitoring and resolving credit report discrepancies using E-Oscar software, ensuring customer data is accurate and properly reported.
  • Be the HMDA & CRA Data Expert – Manage data imports into CRA Wiz, review edits, and generate reports that keep the Bank in compliance with Home Mortgage Disclosure Act (HMDA) and Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) requirements.
  • Protect Borrowers and the Bank – Oversee the Bank’s compliance with the Homeownership Protection Act and Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) regulations, making sure premiums are paid, cancellations are processed properly, and required annual notices are delivered.
  • Support Audits & Reviews – Assist with HMDA, CRA, PMI, and credit bureau audits, while producing detailed reports and data for management, committees, and regulators.
  • Monitor Lending Portfolio – Review multi-family dwelling loans, ARM notices, escrow accounts, and special credit reporting events (such as bankruptcies or deaths) to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Spot Issues Before They Become Risks – Analyze monthly Metro II credit reporting data to identify errors or illogical results and work with teams to resolve them promptly.
  • Be a Key Compliance Resource – Partner with Risk Management, Compliance, and other departments on projects, reports, and regulatory reviews to support the Bank’s overall risk strategy.
