• Provide strategic advice to public entities and non-profits on complex labor and employment issues.
• Conduct legal research and draft discovery documents to support case development.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless case management and client service.
• Maintain flexibility in billable hour requirements to achieve a sustainable work-life balance.
• Stay updated on labor and employment law developments to enhance legal strategies.
• Build strong relationships with clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar and licensed to practice law.

• Familiarity with civil litigation processes and procedures.
