The Opportunity

We’re looking for a driven, analytical, and detail-oriented Analyst to join our Software Investment Banking team. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with senior bankers, founders, and C-level executives across the software ecosystem. You’ll gain hands-on deal experience and contribute meaningfully to transaction execution and strategic advisory engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support deal execution across M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates
• Build and maintain detailed financial models (3-statement, DCF, LBO, merger models)
• Conduct industry, market, and company research in the software and broader technology space
• Prepare client-ready materials including pitch books, CIMs, management presentations, and valuation analyses
• Participate in due diligence, buyer/investor outreach, and data room management
• Work directly with senior bankers and clients throughout all phases of the deal process

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of full-time experience in investment banking, preferably with a focus in technology or software
• Strong financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, precedent transactions, comps)
• High proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with CapIQ and PitchBook a plus
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Clear and concise communication skills—both written and verbal
• Self-starter with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Genuine interest in software, SaaS, and emerging technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
