About the Role

As the Human Resources Manager , you will have full ownership of the HR department, overseeing all aspects of human resources, including payroll processing, onboarding, compliance, benefits administration, and employee relations. You will serve as a trusted partner to leadership, ensuring HR policies and practices align with the company’s strategic goals while fostering a positive and engaging workplace culture. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, developing teams, and making a lasting impact.

The ideal candidate has strong HR generalist experience, proficiency with Workday or a similar HRIS platform, and the ability to work both strategically and tactically.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all HR operations, including payroll, benefits, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations
• Maintain HR systems and ensure accurate employee records, leveraging Workday for reporting and analytics
• Partner with leadership to develop and implement HR policies and programs that align with company goals
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
• Support performance management, employee engagement, and professional development initiatives
• Serve as a trusted resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR-related matters
• Manage recruitment efforts, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding new hires
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead initiatives to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness
