Full-Time Emergency Room Provider - PA/NP - Watertown, South Dakota

Connected Health Care, a leading recruitment and staffing agency, is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Emergency Room Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join the Emergency Department of one of our trusted healthcare partners in Watertown, SD . This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment while enjoying a supportive, team-oriented workplace.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive emergency care to patients of all ages

  • Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries in a high-acuity setting

  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including lab work and imaging

  • Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and specialists to coordinate care

  • Perform procedures such as suturing, splinting, intubation, and wound care

  • Document all patient interactions accurately and thoroughly

  • Participate in patient education, discharge planning, and follow-up
Education & Certification Requirements:
  • Master's degree from an accredited PA or NP program - Required

  • Current PA or NP license in the state of South Dakota (or ability to obtain) - Required

  • Board Certification (NCCPA, AANP, or ANCC) - Required

  • BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications - Required

  • Minimum 1 year of Emergency Medicine experience required
