📝 Summary:
Client is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leadership and their teams. This role requires strong prioritization skills, bilingual communication (English/Korean), and the ability to manage complex schedules, office operations, and cross-functional coordination.
🛠️ Job Responsibilities:
• Manage executive calendars, prioritize meetings, and resolve scheduling conflicts
• Coordinate travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and expense submissions
• Handle general office duties including supply ordering, equipment setup, and space planning
• Review and distribute memos, reports, and financial documents
• Assist with onboarding/offboarding, IT requests, and seating chart updates
• Liaise with internal and external executive-level stakeholders
• Troubleshoot basic hardware/software issues and manage office inventory
• Support event planning including catering, setup, and breakdown
• Maintain tracking spreadsheets and databases (e.g., org charts, wins reports, presentations)
• Collaborate with other administrative professionals across divisions

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and maintain confidentiality
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
