Position Details

• Title: Medical Customer Service Representative (Remote)
• Pay Rate: $16/hour (weekly pay)
• Schedule: Must be available Monday–Saturday, 8 AM–10 PM EST (you will work an assigned 8-hour shift within these hours and must be available for Saturdays).

What You’ll Do

• Handle high-volume inbound calls (and outbound as needed).
• Provide patients and healthcare providers with accurate, timely information.
• Assist with application status updates and next-step instructions.
• Follow structured call scripts while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Document calls and case information accurately across multiple internal systems.
• Adhere to company policies, KPIs, and compliance standards.

What We’re Looking For

• You must complete your application on to be considered.
• Required: At least 1 year of recent call center customer service experience (no exceptions).
• Healthcare or medical experience is a plus , but not required.
• Ability to multi-task using dual monitors and multiple programs at once.
• Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Active listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Reliable high-speed internet, modem access, and a quiet home workspace .
• High school diploma or equivalent.
