Job Description

This role involves designing and developing in-house Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), Security Orchestration, Automation, and Response (SOAR), and investigative tools. The focus is on building robust, scalable, and automated security solutions, including end-to-end design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of key components within a large-scale data infrastructure to enhance automation and security measures.

Responsibilities

1. Develop and deploy scalable, production-ready software to automate processes and support data-driven decisions within the Cybersecurity team.
2. Support the Cybersecurity Operations team by creating automated solutions to reduce manual work.
3. Design event-driven, scalable systems for timely alerts and automations to improve responsiveness.
4. Integrate new data sources into the data lake to improve visibility and security coverage.
5. Assist in the integration and migration of new tools and technologies within the cybersecurity environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in programming languages like Python, Go, Java, and SQL, with a focus on scalable and maintainable solutions.
• Expertise in distributed data processing, data engineering, or real-time analytics platforms.
• Proficiency with cloud and data infrastructure technologies such as AWS, Databricks, Terraform, Apache Spark, Docker.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and data integration techniques for secure and efficient data flow.
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and modern software development practices.
