Job Description
We are seeking hardworking and reliable Concrete Laborers to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks involving the placement, finishing, protecting, and repairing of concrete on construction projects.
Mix, pour, and spread concrete
Prepare job sites by setting forms and rebar
Operate hand and power tools
Assist in setting and stripping concrete forms
Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Follow instructions from supervisors and foremen
Requirements:
Prior experience in concrete or general labor preferred (but not required)
Ability to lift heavy materials and work in various weather conditions
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Reliable transportation to job sites
Willingness to work flexible hours, including early mornings
