About the Role

The Company is seeking a Chief Medical Officer to be the clinical leader and strategic overseer of AI-enabled care pathways. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the company's solutions meet the highest standards of clinical credibility and are in line with real-world clinical needs. This role involves providing clinical leadership across various specialties, leading a team of subject matter experts, and serving as a key partner in shaping the product roadmap. The Chief Medical Officer will also be a visible thought leader in the medical community, representing the company at major conferences and contributing to the dialogue on the future of AI in healthcare. Applicants for the Chief Medical Officer position at the company should have a background in clinical care, with a preference for those with experience in oncology. The role requires a candidate who is workflow fluent, financially savvy, and has a proven track record of leadership in high-performing clinical organizations. The ideal candidate will be scrappy, smart, and AI-native, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a collaborative approach. A medical, nursing, or physician assistant degree is required, along with at least 10 years of clinical and/or clinical leadership experience, and 3-5 years in a senior leadership role within a health tech or digital health company. The Chief Medical Officer will be expected to be a trusted partner to health system leaders and practicing physicians, guiding the adoption of the company's solutions in a way that is both clinically and commercially successful.
