By Car:

Take Long Island Expressway (I-495) to Exit 70. Take 111 South to Route 27. Go East on Route 27 all the way to Montauk. From Route 27 East take a left on Second House Road. The hotel will be on your right.

By Train:

Take the LIRR train from Penn Station. The Solé East Resort provides free shuttle to and from the station, but make sure to give them a call before you arrive to request it.
